The passengers must buy a ticket before onboarding and validate it once they enter the subway station, bus, or tram. Public transport tickets must be purchased before the passenger boards the bus. Tickets are sold in the Visitor Centre, at the Prague Public Transit company counters in Arrival Halls, or from ticket vending machines located throughout both terminals and directly at bus stops. Most ticket machines accept contactless credit card payments. Tickets can also be purchased via SMS (Send a text message to number 90206 with text DPT31 for 30-minute tickets, or text DPT42 for 90-minute ticket) or the Lítačka mobile app, which can also be used to search for the ideal public transport connection. The application is available for Android and iOS.
